Sales Floor  

  • Upon arrival the entire sales floor will be swept/dust mopped- Tuesday & Friday 

  • "Scuff marks, shopping price tickets and gum will be scaped off and manually cleaned" - Tuesday & Friday 

  • Floors auto scrubbed or where auto scrubber doesn't fit- 

  • Floors burnished at 2100 to a shine- Tuesday & Friday  

  • Telephones cleaned and disinfected- Tuesday & Friday  

  • Elevator and escalator wiped clean of dust and finger marks or dirt on glass and s/s - NA 

  • Top and bottom of escalator plates cleaned - NA 

  • "Empty, clean and change all garbage receptacles"- Tuesday & Friday  

 

Fitting Rooms  

  • Floors to be swept and mopped or auto scrubbed thoroughly- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Burnish floors including stalls if burnisher fits- Tuesday & Friday

  • "Top of stalls, doors, mirror frames and benches will be dusted and spot cleaned"- Tuesday & Friday

  • Stall mirrors will be cleaned - Tuesday & Friday

  • "Empty, clean and change all garbage receptacles" - Tuesday & Friday  

 

Major Areas 

  • Carts must be moved from corral when area is cleaned - Tuesday & Friday

  • "Main entrance, frontline and qline of store is to auto scrubbed and burnished to a shine"- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Remove all matts to wash and burnish and then replace in same location- Tuesday & Friday

  • "Main traffic aisles, power aisles and front ends of sales area to be auto scrubbed and burnished"- Tuesday & Friday

  • "Common doors, frames and kick plates will be spot cleaned and free of finger prints excludes fixture mirrors"- Tuesday & Friday

  • "Baseboards, slush mats and walls will be kept free of water, soap and wax splashes" - Tuesday & Friday

  • "Empty, clean and change all garbage receptacles" - Tuesday & Friday

 

Staff & Public Washrooms

  • All toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected- Tuesday & Friday  

  • All sinks and counters to be cleaned and disinfected- Tuesday & Friday 

  • "Chrome fixtures (water taps, receptacles, dispensers, door plates, and flush valves) to be cleaned and disinfected" - Tuesday & Friday  

  • Mirrors and shelves will be cleaned- Tuesday & Friday  

  • Walls and doorframes will be dusted and spot cleaned free of splashes and finger prints- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Floors will be swept and thoroughly wet mopped and rinsed with hot water- Tuesday & Friday  

  • Stock all supplies- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Tops and sides of waste containers cleaned and disinfected- Tuesday & Friday  

  • "Empty, clean and change all garbage receptacles"- Tuesday & Friday 

 

Common Areas  

  • Associate lounge and hallway floors will be swept and mopped by hand or auto scrubbed - Tuesday & Friday

  • Tables and countertops to be wiped down and disinfected- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Vestibule glass to be cleaned inside/outside- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Wet mop of vestibule area - Tuesday & Friday  

  • Window ledges will be dusted and cleaned- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Chrome rails and sales floor outside of garbage cans will be cleaned and disinfected- Tuesday & Friday 

  • Mezzanine stairs to be dust mopped- Tuesday & Friday  

  • "Empty, clean and change all garbage receptacles"- Tuesday & Friday  

 

Store Windows (Periodic A - Monthly)  

  • All windows to be cleaned using only neutral soap and water or ammonia free window cleaners

  • "Fingermarks, dust, webs and stains washed off window glass, interior and exterior"

  • Interior and Exterior window ledges will be cleaned with a neutral cleaner or neutral chrome/stainless steel cleaner

  • "Door partitions, door jams and window ledges, interior and exterior, wiped dry of any splashes or dripping from window washing"

  • Flooring cleaned and dried of any dripping or splashing from window service

 

Store Offices (Periodic B - Monthly) 

  • Desk top will be cleaned and disinfected using dedicated cloth not used on any other surface

  • "Telephones will be wiped and disinfected, using dedicated cloth not used on any other surface"

  • "All credenzas, low filing cabinets, bookshelves, partition tops and all ledges will be dusted"

  • "Finger marks and stains will be removed from walls, doors, partitions, switches and door jams"

  • All floors will be swept and washed & machine burnished to a shine

  • "Throw mats and runners will be removed to facilitate cleaning, vacuumed and replaced"

  • "Any wall to wall carpeting will be thoroughly vacuumed, including under desks and all carpet baseboards will be vacuumed with the appropriate tool"

  • No computers or other electrical equipment will be unplugged or moved

  • "Clean vents, light fixtures of accumulated dust"

 

Special Sales Floor (Periodic B - Monthly) 

  • "Pole feather dusting of all reachable; store security monitors, emergency lights and store front chandeliers"

  • Pole feather dusting of the top ledges of column mirrors and of all fitting room partitions/walls

  • Scrubbing of any built up dirt in corners throughout the sales floor of fitting rooms

  • "If reachable with hose extensions, cleaners are to use shop vac to clean vents, light fixtures of accumulated dust"

  • All utility rooms/janitorial closets floors are to be regularly washed and cleaned and to be kept free of debris also equipment and material will be stored neatly and organized

  • Waste containers as required to be rinsed out and disinfected

 

Sign Off from Store Required

  • For daily scope of work completion - Tuesday & Friday

  • Periodic A Store Window Cleaning - Monthly

  • Periodic B Office and Special Sales floor - Annually

  • Periodic C Washroom Deep Clean (July- August completion) - Annually 

  • Periodic D Fitting Room Deep Clean (June- July completion) - Annually

  • Escalator Cleaning - NA
